Customer Service Manager (CSM)
Primary responsibilities:
- Taking excellent care of our SOC customers as a main point of contact.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new SOC customers, including organizing and leading workshops, managing the integration of log sources, and providing ongoing customer guidance on monthly basis.
- Providing clients with consulting on vulnerability management, including monthly meetings, reporting, escalations, and establishing effective processes.
- Managing client communication and well-being, including problem-solving, notifications, and reporting, while also overseeing various SOC projects as a project manager.
- Leading pre-sales activities for the Security Operations Centre, including technical presentations, live demos, Proof-of-Value assessments, and addressing technical inquiries.
- Ensuring SOC analysts have the necessary access rights on customer premises, including managing access requests, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve access-related issues.
- Identifying client needs and supporting sales by proactively engaging the sales team when customer requires new services or technologies.
Requirements for candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge and practical experience of cyber security principles;
- IT project management skills;
- Time management and problem solving skills;
- Very good knowledge of Estonian and English.
Nice to have skills include:
- IT systems administration experience
- Experience with Threat Intelligence.
