As part of our ambitious plans to build a global cybersecurity monitoring center in the NEVERHACK Group, we are seeking a talented SOC Process and Quality Engineer. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in designing and optimizing SOC processes, ensuring that our security services are streamlined and meet the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SOC and CSIRT operational processes, guidelines, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with teams to develop both manual and automated incident resolution workflows for enhanced efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation within SOC and CSIRT processes to drive operational improvements.
- Ensure the alignment of services with customer quality requirements by creating, monitoring, and managing SLAs, KPIs, and other quality metrics.
- Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and standardization activities, ensuring SOC services are consistent and reliable.
- Drive continuous improvements in service quality and operational processes for SOC and CSIRT teams.
Your Experience and Expertise:
- Proven experience in developing SOC-related business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization with strong business acumen.
- Deep understanding of SOC operational models, relevant technologies, and MSSP business models.
- Hands-on experience in a SOC Analyst or SOC Manager role, preferably within the cybersecurity sector.
- Practical knowledge of ISO, ITIL standards, and accreditation practices.
- Familiarity with process design tools and frameworks for operational process development.
Skills You Bring:
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in security incident handling and response procedures.
- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for process tracking and management.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precision in process development and quality control.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to address process and operational challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in verbal and written English, with the capacity to explain complex concepts with clarity and authority.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Operations Management, or Quality Assurance.
- Fluency in Estonian, French, or Italian is a plus.

Location:
- Preferably an EU citizen, ideally based in Estonia and able to work in a hybrid mode. For exceptional candidates, we may consider remote work within the EU.
