NEVERHACK Estonia is the leading Nordic cybersecurity company, specializing in end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for both private and public sector customers. As part of this groundbreaking initiative, we are looking for a highly qualified Technical Project Lead to manage and deliver innovative security service development projects from inception to completion.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage complex security service development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful outcomes on time and within scope. 
  • Develop and oversee the project plan, ensuring adherence to policies, milestones, and deadlines. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks and objectives. 
  • Proactively manage project changes, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain alignment with project goals. 
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any emerging challenges. 
  • Report on project status to senior management, providing transparency on progress and any issues encountered. 
  • Ensure all projects are feasible, properly scoped, and risk-assessed before execution. 
  • Foster a culture of engagement and motivation within the project teams, ensuring all members are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support. 

Your Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience managing and successfully delivering product or service development projects. 
  • Experience in the Managed Cybersecurity Governance or Operations field is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of service design and development principles for innovative products and services. 
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity monitoring practices and technologies
  • Solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architectural frameworks
  • Excellent people management skills, including influencing, leading teams, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. 
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and clearly communicate project objectives to stakeholders. 
  • Adaptability in managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing project scopes in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). 

Your Soft Skills: 

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proven ability to work in uncertain project environments, providing direction and clarity when needed. 
  • Agility in problem-solving and overcoming challenges in high-pressure environments. 

Preferred Certifications (Not Essential): 

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) 
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

Location: 

  • Preferably based in Estonia, with the ability to work in a hybrid mode. We are also open to nearby locations in the Baltics or Finland, and for exceptional candidates, we may consider remote options within the EU.
