In this role you will help our active and open-minded sales team to connect with businesses and support them throughout their journey with NEVEHRACK Service Portfolio. This is a hands-on outbound sales role where you’ll have a direct impact on how we reach and engage new B2B customers.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Proactively engage with pre-selected companies to demonstrate how NEVERHACK’s service offerings can help them maintain a robust security posture and stay protected from emerging cyber threats.
- Collaborate with decision-makers to deeply understand their unique business needs and design the best possible security solutions.
- Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and confident from day one.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to both company administrators and employees, translating technical features into clear business value.
- Represent NEVERHACK MSSP services in client meetings and public forums, including public speaking engagements, as a trusted authority.
- Take ownership of your activities and manage your pipeline in the NEVERHACK CRM, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Contribute ideas and take initiative to improve processes and outcomes, playing a key role in our team’s continuous growth.
Requirements for candidate:
- Proven experience in B2B presales, outbound sales, or a similar technically focused account management role.
- Possess strong technical expertise in cybersecurity solution design and architecture, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling value for potential client
- A professional communicator who is adept at building trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- A critical and analytical thinker who is structured, articulate, and able to express complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as our services and team continue to develop and grow.
- An independent, solution-oriented professional who is comfortable taking ownership and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with CRM systems and comfortable using a variety of digital tools to manage your workflow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Estonian and English.
